Cancellation after the aircraft has landed or taken off, as well as failure to show up for the service, will incur a penalty of 100% of the cost.
Making changes to the VIP lounge service application less than 3 hours before the flight departure/arrival is considered as cancellation of the old application and placing a new, urgent one.
Changing an order means:
- changing the date;
- changing the airport,
- changing the departure/arrival flight number;
- routing adjustments;
- editing the passenger names;
- adding other passengers.
