Yango
Order a taxi through the convenient Yango app and pay for the ride from a corporate account.
How to enable the Yango service?
Go to the Company settings section and tick the Yango box in Available services. Now you will see the Yango icon on any trip page.
How to get a voucher?
A taxi voucher allows you to book a ride through the Yango app and pay for it from the corporate account. One voucher can be used for multiple rides.
To get one, go to a trip page and click on the Yango — you will see it on the right-hand side. In the pop-up window, fill in the fields and click ◉ the “Issue” button. The number entered in the employee’s profile must match the phone number linked to the Yango account they will use. You can also set limits and available car classes on the Travel Policy page.
You can add any number of vouchers for a single employee using the ◉ “Issue another” button. Make sure the validity dates of the vouchers do not overlap, otherwise the system will display an error.
The voucher will become available in the app after 00:00 on the date it becomes valid. After the trip is over, you only pay for the amount actually used.
How to increase the voucher amount or extend its validity period?
You can change the set limits. To do this, click on the issued voucher block, enter the new details and confirm them by clicking ◉ the “Save” button.
How to order a taxi?
Once the voucher is issued, you can pay for rides from the corporate account. To do this, open the Yango app, book a car and select ◉ the Tumodo payment method.
The trip cost will be charged:
  • from the Tumodo account balance (for the advance payment system);
  • from the company account (for other plans, an invoice will be issued for payment).
